We may not have been able to meet over the last few months, but our Tackley and Heyford leaders have been busy behind the scenes.
We are lucky enough to have been granted use of an area of land to set up a forest school area. This will be used by the Scout group and the village school.
The first job was to build a bridge across the stream.
Once the bridge was built, we started to create a social area. A tripod was built to support a shelter, and benches were cut.
We can’t wait to be able to welcome Beavers, Cubs and Scouts to Tackwell Spinney when we are allowed to meet again.
