This week we had a whole group party to celebrate Christmas. Beavers, Cubs and Scouts had fun playing games and doing Christmas crafts. There were even mince pies and mulled wine for the parents.
We asked the children to bring a donation for the food bank if they wished. We were blown away with how generous everyone was. Today we delivered a whole trolley full of food and toiletries to the collection point in Waitrose, Witney. Our donations will be taken on Christmas Eve and sent to needy families throughout West Oxfordshire.
Thank you to all our volunteers, Exec Committee, parent helpers and of course Beavers, Cubs and Scouts for all the fun we’ve had in 2018.
